There is something for all the family at the south's No.1 Theme Park and Animal Attractions. Chessington World of Adventures is a family theme park and zoo located in South-West . It lies twelve miles from central London.

The park has a wide choice of attractions and water rides ranging from the Dragons Fury roller coaster, down to family-oriented rides such as the Bubble Works and Ramses Revenge, an exhilarating and spectacular ride which turns you upside down and spins you round and round – only to end up in a deadlock upside down, lowering you head first over water fountains.

There are crazy comedy capers in Beanoland, where you can meet Dennis the Menace, Gnasher, Billy Whizz, and all his friends from the Beano. Spine-tingling rides and awesome attractions, like the white knuckle roller coasters The Vampire and Rattlesnake, the infamous Samurai. Many of the animals can be seen from the rides.

By Rail Chessington World of Adventures is about 30 minutes from Waterloo by Stagecoach SWT to Chessington South. You can also catch a regular service from Clapham Junction or Wimbledon. The park is a 10-minute walk from the station.

By road it's just 2 miles from both the A3 and the M25 (J9 and J10). From the South take M25 J9. From the North take M25 J10. From London take the A3 to Hook - Chessington is signposted on the A243. Car parking is free.
